Lakbay Norte: Baguio Tour Day 1
Good morning Baguio!
We woke up late on our first day in Baguio probably exhausted from our Laoag-Vigan tour the previous day. We still haven't reserved any tour services for our 2-day tour in Baguio. As I've said in my earlier posts, everything was just on the spot.
We took a taxi from Baguio Transient to SM Baguio which costs PHP72 for the fare. It was still 9:30am and the mall opens at 10am. We were planning on taking our breakfast at Tokyo-Tokyo just like the last time hubby and I were in Baguio during our honeymoon.
I so miss this! If only Tokyo-Tokyo was available in CDO we would go there every once a week. Hubby ordered his favorite Beef Misono while I ordered pork tonkatsu.
After our brunch, it was time to look for a taxi cab that we can rent for the rest of the day to tour us to Baguio. Luckily after so many taxi's that passed by who priced us with PHP1000 for a half day tour, we met Kuya Japs who have a smaller taxi unlike the van type taxi we hailed earlier. Kuya Japs agreed to give us a half day tour for PHP800.
And so our Baguio trip began. The weather was cold yet sunny, a perfect time to start our tour.
