Saddle Ridge Camp Dahilayan

The Saddle Ridge Camp is the best place to stay if you want to experience Dahilayan but with a tight budget. Saddle Ridge is located at Manolo, Fortich Bukidnon, a few walks away from the Zip Zone and Forest Park. They have different accommodations to choose from depending on what would satisfy your needs.

You need to rent a van for hire to get here or if you have a ride of your own then the better. The trip usually takes an hour if you're coming off from Cagayan de  Oro City.

The weather is cold and sometimes it rains so it is best to bring jackets, umbrella and of course mosquito bug spray for your safety.


Their accommodations are as follows:

The  "Kubo" Hut
If you want to experience nature and Dahilayan's cold weather, the "Kubo" is the best option. It's located outdoors and is PHP1500 per night that is good for 4 persons. It has a private CR inside and has it's own terrace. This is good for a family of four or for those honeymooners.

and the temperature? it's 20 Degrees!

The Van Wagon
There are 2 Van Wagons, one wagon can accommodate 6 persons which costs PHP2000 a night whilte the other wagon can accommodate 6-8 persons which costs PHP2300 a night. One common CR is provided for each van wagon. This is good for friends travelling in 6-8.

The Cowboy Inn

The cowboy Inn has different room rates from the  Saddle Ridge Camp since these rooms are indoors. Room rates are as follows:

• Standard Room (good for 3-4 persons) PHP2,000 a night
• De Luxe room (good for 4 persons) PHP2,300 a night
• Superior Room (good for 4 persons) PHP2,500 a night

At night, bonfire is available upon request should you wish to bond with friends at night over marshmallow sticks.

Food is also not a problem if you were not able to prepare your meal for the travel, the Cowboy's Grill is open from 7am to 8pm to accommodate your meals.

For team buildings where you need a place to hold your team building activities, the hall inside the Cowboy's Inn is available for rent for PHP2000 (whole day).

They also offer off-road tours.

For guests who would like to experience the Zipzone and the Forest Park, it's just a 10 minute walk from the Saddle Ridge.
